PitchBook’s Program Manager, Talent Programs, is responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing talent processes and career development initiatives for employees and managers. The role will be a part of the Learning & Development (L&D) team and will collaborate closely with L&D colleagues, HR Business Partners and business leaders to create, execute and measure strategies that develop, grow and retain employees, while supporting our managers to do the same. This role requires a combination of program/project management expertise, experience leading talent development programs, strong cross-team collaboration and a passion for nurturing the professional growth of emerging talent.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and continuously improve cyclical talent programs including Quarterly Conversations, Talent Reviews and other talent initiatives including competency development, feedback/assessment processes and career pathing
- Retrieve and analyze data from learning programs, people analytics and engagement surveys to assess talent development needs and program effectiveness
- Create and maintain career development resources and learning solutions that support employees owing and driving their careers and managers supporting employee career development, aligned to the organizational goals
- Support HR Business Partners and people managers with learning and resources that enable managers to effectively manage all aspects of the performance management cycle (setting expectations/goals, developing, assessing and recognizing)
- Partner with L&D colleagues to design, facilitate and sustain organization-wide learning experiences that support new manager onboarding, manager development and career development for all employees
- Develop and deliver communication and change management plans in support of talent programs
- Assist with and complete other Talent Management projects and duties as needed
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR leadership, L&D, DE&I and Talent Acquisition, to create a cohesive talent management strategy
- Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
- Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 3 years of experience with progressive responsibility in learning, leadership development or talent program management experience
- Proven program/project management skills with demonstrated ability to plan for and manage multiple programs or priorities at once
- Outstanding communication skills including training facilitation and presenting proposal documents to an executive audience
- Experience consulting with the business to identify and address talent management needs and development gaps
- Experience administering assessments, measuring performance improvement and evaluating program effectiveness at individual and organizational levels
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily

Compensation
- Annual base salary: $100,000-$140,000
- Target annual bonus percentage: 10%
*Starting pay will be based on several factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be different ranges for candidates by location.
Working Conditions:
The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
