Pivot Onsite Innovations is now hiring an experienced and self-driven EMR Administrator for a part-time position. This role will provide healthcare support at our onsite healthcare clinic located at our client's distribution center in Elkton, MD!
Job Summary:
The EMR Administrator will have oversight of all clinic operations as well as liaise with all personnel on any issues or concerns that need escalation. The Clinic Administrator will also partner with the leadership team and client key contacts regarding clinic program delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create, implement, and manage processes and procedures within the clinic
- Manage clinic schedule and coverage
- Coordinate and assist with medical surveillance testing
- Oversee workers compensation case management and communication
- Develop relationships and communicate regularly with key client points of contact
- Assist and coordinate with the leadership team in the onboarding of clinic personnel
- Communicate with Account Manager, Division leadership and HR regarding ongoing pertinent issues
- All other duties as necessary
Required Education, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience managing operations of a high-volume clinic
- Current Clinical State and/or National (Proof of reciprocity required) Certification
- Knowledge of Occupational Health, OSHA Recordability and worker’s compensation a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with client and employees
- Proficient with MS Office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain high level of professionalism, ethics and confidentiality
- Position may require proof of COVID-19 vaccination
