Description
Highly rated Midwest developer and operator of Continuing Care Retirement Communities is seeking a CEO. Applicant will oversee the development team, and the management team of several CCRCs (and growing).
What you will do in this role:
Provide oversight for future developments and operations of the company’s CCRC’s.
Provide day-to-day leadership within the organization, including advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to achieve financial and clinical goals, and organizational objectives.
Design, develop and, implement a strategic plan that focuses on resident care andsatisfaction, and financial performance in collaboration with the Board of Managers.
Presents regular reports on the status of the company’s operations to the board of managers and investors.
Maintain knowledge and relationships within the senior living industry to ensure organizational awareness of regulatory, reimbursement, and design trend changes.
Oversee the adequacy and soundness of the organization’s financial structure, including reviews of operating results of the organization, comparing them to established objectives and takes steps to ensure appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results.
Motivate and lead a high-performance management and development team; attract, recruit, and retain required members of the team.
Ensure that all activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Develop and uphold the company’s culture, mission, and values.
Implement strategic plans by working with key stakeholders.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
10 years of successful senior management experience, preferably CCRC experience.
Proven experience developing and sustaining high performing teams.
