Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
Coordinate with internal staff to ensure visitor needs are met.
Handle inquiries from the public and clients, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
Perform administrative support tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Support other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and internet research tasks.
