What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Clerk position at PixMob?

Your role on our team

  • Providing general administrative support to the team
  • Keeping the database up to date
  • Planning and executing inventory transactions
  • Creating reports, tables and charts to organize data using Excel / Google Sheets

You are the person for this role if you fit the following criteria

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced data organization and manipulation skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Bilingual: French and English
  • Interested in part-time work with periodical opportunity to work full-time

Nice to have

  • Experience with administrative processes related to Logistics or Operations field
  • Experience with ERP systems, in particular Rootstock
