Job Summary :

As a Team Member at Pizza Boys, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience to our valued customers.

Responsibilities :

• Engage in friendly and prompt customer service delivery, greeting customers upon arrival, taking and processing orders accurately, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Prepare pizzas, appetizers, salads, and other menu items according to Pizza Boys' standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Adhere to strict food preparation and handling guidelines to maintain product quality, freshness, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including performing regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Assist in managing inventory by monitoring stock levels and informing management when supplies need restocking.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflows, effective teamwork, and timely completion of tasks.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a safe and secure workplace.
• Actively participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and overall performance.
• Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, reflecting positively on Pizza Boys' image and brand.
• Display an enthusiastic and friendly attitude towards customers and team members, fostering a positive work environment and customer experience.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Prior customer service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to handle money and make accurate change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend throughout a shift, as well as lift up to 40 pounds.
• A positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
