Junior Graphic Designer and Marketing Production Assistant

Pizza Patrón is seeking a qualified graphic designer who is eager to enhance their marketing skills with a rapidly growing pizza company. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a drive to learn and grow. As a member of our marketing team, you will be working under the guidance of the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for ensuring all marketing materials are of the highest quality, comply with our branding and marketing policies, and are delivered on schedule. You will also be responsible for assisting in the management of marketing activities, quality assurance of marketing deliverables, updating our POP ordering website and restaurant digital menu boards, as well as performing general marketing clerical and administrative duties.

Position / Role Responsibilities:

• Self-motivated approach with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to multi-task, accept feedback, take direction well, and solve design issues individually and collaboratively.

• Work on diverse projects and thrive on collaboration with creative leaders from marketing, branding, design, technology, and construction disciplines.

• Design and versioning of branded assets. Examples include:
• Restaurant marketing collateral (digital menus and printed assets)
• Restaurant training collateral (e-learning and printed assets)
• Website creative assets
• Email and app creative

• Brand champion by implementing our brand guidelines in all creative assets.

• Collaborate with Training and marketing agency teams to create campaign assets for use digitally and in-restaurant

Marketing Assistant Support Responsibilities:

• Planning marketing events.
• Managing and deploying content to website and digital menus
• Ordering restaurant POP (point of purchase) kits
• Maintaining the website for ordering marketing materials
• Updating the menu pricing database
• Developing and implementing launch kits for new promotions and limited-time offers (LTOs) in collaboration with the Marketing and NRO (new restaurant opening) teams.

Qualifications, Experience & Education:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Arts, Design, Communications or related field

· Prior experience in consumer / restaurants brands and retail is a plus.

· Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud

· Proficient in Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premier is a plus

· Experience in digital video editing and Motion graphic experience is a plus.

Pay: $43,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
