**Assistant Manager Starting Wage $13 -$16/hr**

Responsibilities:

At Pizza Ranch, we view our management team as a vital part of what makes our business so successful. As a General Manager, you will be challenged to exceed the expectations of our guests by delivering on the Pizza Ranch Product and Service standards of operation. You will also be expected to lead the day to day operations and support the management of the guest experience through Qualtrics data and feedback. At the Pizza Ranch, you will have the ability to drive store level profitability and sales goals by controlling food and labor costs. Other responsibilities will include the hiring, developing, and scheduling of staff. Most importantly you will have the opportunity to provide genuine care for all our staff and guests and to create legendary impact to those you come in to contact with. Other duties may will include running shifts, communication with the GM on a daily basis. Filling orders & running a buffet are also major responsibilities of this position! • Restaurant management experience, preferred
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• High School graduate or equivalent education
• Possess business acumen
