What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Laborer position at PJ Trailers?
Job Description:
Under the direction of the Finish Line Team Leader, finishing personnel will assist in various stages of our final assembly line. This a fast-paced environment and requires individuals to work as a team in order to meet safety, quality and delivery goals on a daily basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Finishing personnel may work in the following areas of our Final Assembly department
- Stickers & Grease
- Wiring station
- Axle station
- Lumber & Screw station
- Tarp & hardware station
- PSI station
- Hydraulic
· Ability to work in a Non-Climate controlled environment
· Ability to stand, push, pull, bend and stoop for the duration of the shift
o Lift and push objects over 50lbs
Qualifications/Experience:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Self-Initiative – needs minimal supervision, self-starter
· Flexible to changing work demands
· Maintains a positive attitude
· Trailer manufacturing experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
