Monday - Friday 10:00am-6:00pm
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Graduate
- 1-5 years experience in related field
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Oracle and Agile
- Knowledge of FDA/cGMP guidelines
- Fluent in English, Spanish a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to stand on feet all day
- Highly organized, attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks on time
- Experience with Warehouse management system (WMS)
- Understanding of root cause analysis, Investigation and CAPA is a plus
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Label room support in picking, issuing, and return of printed materials, generating barcode labels, window service and cycle counting as needed
- Perform inspection of receiving bulk, components and printed materials and perform putaway
- Support Quality unit within the packaging floor by performing in process checks, pulling retention samples, verifying paperwork, checking orders, verifying cleanings, and standing in as a Quality Control Floor Inspector as needed
- Complete Quality Final Batch Review and make lots Active for sales orders
- Prepare and process NCMRs for rejected materials
- Assign appropriate manpower where required based on demands and priorities
- Perform additional tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
Salary : $41,000 - $52,000
