Place Showroom is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join the West Coast team in Los Angeles.


The Operations Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to support both the operations and sales teams in the operational and customer service needs of the business.  This position will work closely with the Sales Operations, Planning, and Sales teams to ensure all systems and databases contain the most up to date information. This person will engage with internal and external teams to reconcile inquiries while providing a high degree of customer service. To excel in this role the Operation Coordinator should be highly organized, detail oriented and love process improvement and documentation.


Duties for this role include but are not limited to support with order processing, account management, data management and database management.

Primary Duties
  • Support Sales Ops Team with customer service-related inquiries
  • Ensure company data in all systems (NuOrder, Joor and Showroom exchange) as well as supporting documents and trackers is accurate
  • Manage various weekly reporting (such as ATS) 
  • Additional operational projects and tasks as directed 
  • Serve as back up to other areas of the company (such as showroom)

  • Experience working in retail/wholesale environment
  • Strong MS Office skills (specifically Outlook and Excel)


Requirements
  • 1 years progressively customer services/client relations experience; or equivalent experience in a support role
  • College degree and/or equivalent relevant experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm and actively problem solve independently
