What You’ll Do:
- Lead new operators (the leaders of real estate sales teams) from their previous environment into PLACE’s ecosystem
- Collaborate with Growth Leaders on a seamless handoff from contract signing to onboarding and through the launch processes
- Lead Partner Onboarding -- presenting material, driving their adoption of our value and integrating new value pieces as they launch in the PLACE platform
- Collaborate with the groups that support Operators after onboarding and launch - our Business Success Consultants and Success Concierge Team to ensure world-class experiences and service level for our partners
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to enhance the operator and agent experience
Skills You Have:
- 5 years of real estate brokerage leadership experience
- 5 years of experience managing operations, systems, financial aspects of real estate businesses
- Skilled in attracting and developing talent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well versed in creating and implementing performance measurement systems
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
