We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Operations Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with the Execustive Assistant to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our business. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hard working, have a creative eye, be organized. We want someone who steps up to the plate and is not afraid to take innitiatve. Duties:
- Assist the Executive Assistant in overseeing day-to-day operations
- Scheduling vendor appointments
- Maintaining cleanliness of properties/projects
- Various Errands
- Orgainizing & putting together client binders
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
