PAMHC is seeking full-time Crisis Response Staff to provide Mobile Crisis Response and Community-base Crisis Stabilization Services from our Cherokee office location. Position is for working a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. Travel is required. On-call is required.
Position Summary
MCAT is a 24/7 program for children and adults that dispatches Crisis Response Staff to homes, schools, private residences, or other public places where a mental health crisis is occuring. The MCAT team is responsible for: de-escalating crisis situations. (utilizing active listening, motivational interviweing, ASSIST, SBIRT, etc), developing crisis safety plans, making referrals for on-going mental health care and other services as identified, and scheduling follow-up services. The Community-based Crisis Stabilization program provides short term services (up to 5 days) designed to de-escalate a crisis situation and stabilize an individual where they live, work, or recreates.
Pay Range
$22.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience.
