Regional Manager

Three Nebraska based John Deere dealerships, Plains Equipment Group, Green Line Equipment and Stutheit Implement, are combining forces. Soon to be 27 stores strong, AKRS Equipment will provide leading service, support and product solutions to farmers, ranchers and landowners. We are currently looking for a Regional Manager that will provide leadership and assume accountability for the people, partnerships, and performance of assigned locations. They will be responsible for overall sales results, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and achievement of location performance metrics for all assigned location. This position will be based of out of our store in North Platte.

Priorities for this position include:

• As a part of the overall operational leadership team, fully engage with Operational Director, other Regional Managers, and all Functional Managers to achieve the realization of the company's goals, objectives, and vision
• Develop and execute on annual budgets and business plans within district
• Develop and lead store managers at assigned stores.
• Assist store managers with the development and performance of all employees at assigned stores
• Assume responsibility for Deere Performance Metrics at assigned stores
• Optimize the profitable growth of the business in all operational areas for assigned stores
• Implement and execute policies and processes to continue to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications required for this position include:

• Minimum 5 years well rounded operations management experience in the dealership environment or equivalent encompassing full fiscal accountability for teams & territories
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Agri-Business, Agronomy, Mechanized AG or related area
• Ability to professionally lead and motivate others
• Solid analytical, business planning and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid financial acumen & budgeting experience
