What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forklift Operator - 1st Shift position at PlaMastic, LLC?
1st shift:
Monday - Friday, some weekends required.
6:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Unloading materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stacking them to assigned places. Locating and moving stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment. Identifying damages and reporting shortages or quality deficiencies.
- Maintain the company stockroom through organizing, cleaning, and cataloging items on a regular basis
- Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling
- Ensure adherence to environmental management and systems
- Place merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary, operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large goods
- Must be able to drive a forklift
- Must have steel toe shoes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
