We are seeking: An Integrated Payments Specialist to coordinate, oversee, and execute on new and existing PDDS client payment account onboarding, activation, and roll-out support.
This is a hybrid role working 2x per week in one of our office locations (Irvine, CA | Phoenix, AZ | Atlanta, GA | Akron, OH)

We are seeking: An Integrated Payments Specialist to coordinate, oversee, and execute on new and existing PDDS client payment account onboarding, activation, and roll-out support.

Job Duties
- Manage PDDS client’s payment account onboardings and activations
- Act as main point of contact for Payment partner and PDDS for sales operational support
- Coordinate and drive payment token account transfers for existing and new clients
- Act as main point of contact for new payment location requests from existing clients
- Evaluate and optimize current payment processes to expedite activation timelines, improve client experience, and more quickly recognize revenue
- Manage payment specific reporting and communicate insights to relevant internal and external parties
- Own and drive regular meeting cadence with payment vendors
- Bachelor's degree in N/A
- 2-4 years of prior experience in the payment acquiring / processing space
- Prior experience with integrated SaaS relationship / account management
- Prior experience with merchant application and account onboarding tasks
- Prior experience working with software onboarding applications
- Prior experience working within Salesforce is preferred
