Club Custodian

We are looking for a Custodian to take care of our facilities, carry out cleaning and maintenance duties, and provide for a positive member experience. The goal is to keep our fitness club in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Qualifications/Requirements

• Custodial experience is preferred.

• Punctuality and reliability is a must.

• Honesty and exceptional work ethic.

• Ability to solve problems independently.

• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.

• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Requirements

• Continual standing and walking during shift.

• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift.

• Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift.

• Must be able to occasionally lift over 80 pounds.

• Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals

Hours

4:00am-9:00am Monday - Friday (preferred)

OR

9:00pm-2:00am Monday - Friday
