Account Executive Pay Transparency Statement
This role offers a competitive starting salary of $100,000 annually, including a $80,000 base pay and $20,000 supplemental pay, along with an uncapped commission plan. Your Role :
As an Account Executive (also known as Outside Sales Representative), you'll be instrumental in acquiring new clients. From generating initial appointments to closing deals, you'll drive the sales process. Your responsibilities include reaching out to prospects, demonstrating our software, negotiating agreements, and securing new business accounts. You'll be supported by our leadership and sales enablement teams to achieve weekly metrics and sell our human capital management technology products and services effectively.
