Job Description:
Ticket Broker - your primary responsibility will be to source, acquire, and manage event tickets for various clients, ensuring they have access to the events they desire. You will play a critical role in our success by using your knowledge of the ticket industry, exceptional communication skills, and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ticket Acquisition:
- Source and acquire event tickets through various channels, including direct purchases, partnerships, and ticket exchanges.
- Monitor ticket availability and pricing trends to secure the best deals for our clients.
- Negotiate with ticket suppliers to obtain preferred pricing and seating options.
- Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Consult with clients to understand their event preferences and requirements.
- Provide expert advice on seating options and event choices.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Promote available tickets and packages to clients through effective marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Track and report on ticket sales and revenue targets.
- Customer Service:
- Offer top-tier customer service to address inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Manage ticket orders and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Handle and resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, event schedules, and popular venues.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Provide insights and recommendations for ticket pricing and inventory management.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in the ticket brokerage industry or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms and industry trends.
- Sales and marketing experience is beneficial.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Competitive Salary of $72,000-$84,000 or more for exceptional candidates
