As a Logistics Analyst, you will help to support the logistics/transportation of our inbound and outbound. Work in a fast-paced environment with cross functional team members (sourcing/inventory/operations).
What You’ll Do:
- Resolve transportation exception issues with Carriers/Freight Forwarders
- Monitor and track inbound shipping containers, shipments from the Freight forwards portals
- Communicate to internal team members inventory and sourcing
- Obtain freight quotes
- Organize and coordinate storage plans with Carriers
- Follow-up with filing claims
- Other urgent tasks as needed
Requirements
What You'll Need:
- 4-year college degree.
- 5-10 years’ experience in transportation operational environment.
- Ability to navigate through complex problems and provide recommendations to resolve quickly and efficiently.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficient in the use of Excel Microsoft and Outlook
