The President’s Circle Manager (PCM) works closely with the Director of Development Communications and Grants and other Development team members to manage the mid-level donor program, known as the President’s Circle. The PCM assists with developing and implementing plans for mid-level engagement using audience research, wealth screening information, and existing data on the prior behavior of mid-level donors. They actively work to deepen relationships with mid-level donors to increase donor retention and grow the yield from the mid-level donor segment's philanthropic capacity.

What You'll Do: (but not limited to)
Work with the Director of Development Communications and Grants to set strategic program goals for the President’s Circle and to ensure all financial goals are met.
Develop and oversee the implementation of innovative, multi-channel strategies for mid-level acquisition, retention, and upgrade. Ensure brand representation is consistent across channels.
Act as the personal representative to the President’s Circle donors, providing a “1 to some” experience and expanding a more personalized direct response program.
Work with the Directors of Philanthropy and the Donor Engagement team to identify and implement donor engagement opportunities that will increase donor retention and loyalty.
Plan upgrade and cultivation initiatives for donors with the use of donor giving history, wealth screen database overlay and other research tools.
Oversee donor database management, development and fulfillment of donor, benefits, gift recognition, donor correspondence, and mailings for mid-level donors.
Prepare the appropriate reports and analyses for program evaluation and strategic planning.
Conduct continuous evaluation of the mid-level giving program, recommending changes to program design and implementation on an ongoing basis.
Monitor revenue and expenses related to mid-level giving.
Identify emerging strategies and market trends to strengthen and grow the program.
Work with Director of Development Communications and Grants to provide development input for all written institutional materials including Annual Report and newsletters.
Assist with other fundraising projects as requested.
Schedule:
Full-time position working 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday working 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Hybrid position with some in-person work required. Some travel may be required.
Candidate to be based in the North Carolina Triangle region (office in Chapel Hill).

Compensation:
PPSAT's compensation philosophy is based on equity and transparency. Each job at PPSAT is assigned to a salary grade built on market data. For an individual coming into PPSAT, we set a pay generally between the minimum and the midpoint of the salary grade and based on candidate qualifications. For this position, the minimum is $60,300.00 and the midpoint is $75,400.00.
