Planned PEThood of Georgia is looking for a dynamic and experienced animal welfare professional to lead our team of superheroes.
Our programs include high-volume spay/neuter, vaccine and wellness clinics, rescue and adoption, community cats, and management of veterinary services at a municipal shelter. Our facility is located in Gwinnett County, but we also provide outreach to underserved communities through remote vaccine clinics and transport.
Planned PEThood is an established and well-respected organization; founded in 2010, we have never stopped growing! We are proud of the innovative and successful programs that we offer. Our mission is helping animals and the people who care for them, with an emphasis on good customer service to our clients.
The Executive Director holds primary responsibility for the financial and reputational health of the organization, and for the effectiveness of each of its programs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in:
- Budgeting and Financial Oversight
- Fundraising and Development
- Operational management
- Staff development
Experience in an animal welfare environment, particularly high-volume spay/neuter, is essential for this position.
