Plasman, Cleveland Manufacturing - 3000 West 121st Street, Cleveland OH 44111 is immediately seeking a new member to join our team as:

JOB TITLE DESCRIPTION:

The Assembler operates assembly equipment, inspects, assembles and packages parts

that are produced at the facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:

The responsibilities and authorities for this position include, but are certainly not limited to:

• Operate assembly equipment in a safe and productive manner
• Assemble all parts consistent to established quality standards and job instructions
• Follow established system procedures and instructions
• Observe all safety requirements when operating machinery
• Report any malfunction, quality concern, or safety hazards immediately after observance
• Follow chain of command when relating to any concerns
• Recommend and participate in Continuous Improvement activities.
• Promote an atmosphere of teamwork at all times.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work in compliance with the Quality and Business Operating Systems and all health and safety and environmental legislation.
• Abide by Company Value Statement and the Company Standard Code of Conduct
• Completes other duties as assigned

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

This position requires the following minimum work experience qualifications:

• Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be able to work in team atmosphere
• Must have the ability to be trained for the above mentioned responsibilities and authorities
• Acceptable performance record and attendance record required
