We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong background in financial services technology to lead the development and enhancement of our Loan Origination System (LOS). This role is crucial for driving the product strategy, overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation through to launch, and gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will effectively bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring our LOS meets market needs and exceeds customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision and roadmap for the LOS, aligning product strategy with business goals and customer needs.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality functionalities on time and within budget.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of features, from ideation through development, launch, and post-launch assessment.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of trends and maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop business cases for new features or enhancements based on customer feedback and market demand.
- Serve as an internal and external evangelist for the LOS product, working with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance and make recommendations on modifications and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards applicable to the financial industry and loan origination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within financial services technology.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of loan origination processes and technology.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
