Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow-ups with patients and efficiently schedule recall appointments.
- Present and assist patients in accepting treatment cases.
- Utilize your knowledge of insurance to ensure patients maximize their benefits.
- Minimize patient balances by accurately setting expectations and optimizing insurance utilization.
Qualifications:
- Ability to overcome objections and find solutions for patients, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills to establish rapport with patients and provide clear information.
