Job Description
Plato's Closet is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team in Williston, VT. Our Sales Associates are the face of our brand and are responsible for connecting our customers with the products and services they need to meet their goals. The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry.
Responsibilities:
Candidate should be able to begin work at 9:00am and help prepare the business for the day.
·Meet and exceed sales goals by providing friendly, supportive assistance to shoppers.
·Follow all company policies and procedures including safety, credit card security protocol, credit card handling procedures, inventory control, etc.
·Qualify customers for products or services they do not currently have. Assist customers in finding the right fit for their needs
·Assist coworkers with store maintenance including displays, organizing, hanging featured product.
Perform other duties as assigned. This includes but is not limited to door-to-door sales or other forms of lead generation sales or follow up as needed.
Qualifications:
·High School Diploma or equivalent required (Preferred)
·1 year of retail sales experience (Preferred)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
