SHIFT LEADER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
- Offer quality customer service with a smile
- Learn our menu and recipes
- Learn how to prep fruit and vegetables
- Be able to work a POS/register
- Makes smoothies, juices and bowls
Employee Management
- Assign tasks and position team members in proper stations to ensure efficiency
- Hold team accountable for the completion of opening and closing checklists
- Position and reposition team members based on strengths during high volume periods
- Coordinate breaks while ensuring all positions are covered
- Monitor customer service and ticket times
- Promote positive vibes and energy
- Handle any discrepancies with guests
- Issue refunds or gift cards when appropriate
Product Management
- Conduct daily inventory and assist in projecting a daily PAR for next order
- Ensure each station is prepped and stocked for shift and potential rush
- Ensure quality of blends and toppings, while ensuring appropriate temperature and portions
- Quality control of blend recipe and consistency
- Quality control of food prep
- Quality control of toppings
Money Management
- Open and Close Registers
- Count currency and create cash accountability reports (Cash Sheet)
- Resolve currency shortage or overage problems
- Make bank deposits
- Ensure that we have enough change (coins/dollars) at the start of their shift
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
