12. LOCATES AND TRANSFERS MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES
13. CONTRIBUTES TO TEAM EFFORT
15. PERFORM ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS REQUESTED.

We are looking to fill a Full-time Operator position in our Router Department at Playworld in Lewisburg, PA.

Short Days:
5:30PM - 11:45PM
Long Day:
1:15PM - 11:45 PM
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (include the following. Other duties may be assigned.)
1. PREPARE MACHINE FOR PRODUCTION
by
positioning and securing dies, stops, guides, and turntables.
2. GATHERS PARTS
by
pulling and verifying materials listed on product report.
3. FABRICATES PARTS
by
positioning or aligning part against stops and guides or with die; operating equipment.
4. REGULATES MACHINES
by
setting and adjusting controls.
5. MAINTAINS SPECIFICATIONS
by
observing operations; detecting malfunctions; inspecting parts; adjusting controls.
6. ENSURES OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT
by
completing preventive maintenance requirements.
7. STORES COMPLETED FABRICATED PART
by
placing item in appropriate storage area.
8. MAINTAINS 6S THROUGHOUT THE DAY
by
complying with safety procedures, rules, and regulations. Wearing proper PPE. Using equipment and guarding correctly.
9. MAINTAINS FABRICATION DEPARTMENT APPEARANCE
by
transporting materials to disposal area; recycling materials.
10. CONSERVES RESOURCES
by
using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
11. MAINTAINS INVENTORY
by
identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock.
12. LOCATES AND TRANSFERS MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES
by
pulling and verifying materials and supplies and delivering them to the appropriate department.
13. CONTRIBUTES TO TEAM EFFORT
by
accomplishing related results as needed.
14. MAINTAINS COMPLIANCE TO ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARD
by
complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
15. PERFORM ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS REQUESTED.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Must be a high school graduate or have equivalent training.
- Experience operating CNC router machines preferred.
- Must be able to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Must have knowledge of safety regulations.
- Must be able to lift a maximum of 51 lbs. on average during a
- normal workday.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Must be able to operate computers.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
- Ability to read and interpret basic documents, safety rules and other correspondence.
- Ability to count and ability to measure equipment using a tape measure.

- Production area with exposure to noise and heat.
- Steel toed shoes are required at all times.
- Must wear required PPE while on the production floor.
- Must adjust PPE to be meet requirements, as some specific areas may require additional specific items to be worn for PPE, such as bump caps, hard hats, shin guards, gloves, etc.
