This position is to report to the Receiving Supervisor and is to receive, verify and transact incoming shipments and returns from vendor; ensure items in the warehouse are properly identified and in the proper location.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
1. Completing transactional steps to receive purchase orders, vendor returns and vendor credits.
2. Completing transactional steps for transfer of product to suppliers and for receiving direct shipments.
3. Completing material movement logs for identification and traceability.
4. Verify receipt of delivery.
5. Scanning packing slips to accounts payable.
6. Using forklift to unload product and move to incoming materials area.
7. Stocking and inventory control.
8. Cycle counting product for inventory control.
9. Proficient with material transaction reports.
10. Ability to work independently at an offsite warehouse.
11. Responsible for safely transferring product from facility to warehouse via company vehicle.

Qualifications, Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Class E Driver License required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
- Prefer one to three years related experience in receiving/parts department.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or verbal form.
- Ability to read and interpret basic documents, safety rules and other correspondence.
- Ability to count and measure equipment.
Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using basic math skills.
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to perform duties with direction.
- Must become forklift certified.
- Demonstrates ability to use the handheld scanners accurately.
- Demonstrates blueprint reading skills.
- Proficiently use Tracker to pull orders.
- Demonstrates inventory accuracy.
- Demonstrates the ability to safely load/unload trucks in the yard.
- Demonstrates ability to print all paperwork necessary for the department.
- Demonstrates ability to receive goods into our system accurately and timely.
- Demonstrates the delivery of parts to customers is timely and accurate.
- Ensure facility maintenance through housekeeping, keeping product and facility secure, and maintaining the assets of the facility.
- Re-palletizes materials to ensure safety, efficiency and proper handling.
Attendance Requirement:
Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such a level as is determined in the company’s employee handbook. Must be available and willing to work overtime hours as the employer determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs. Working Conditions:
May be exposed to noise if working in or around a production area. Schedule is Monday through Friday, normal business hours. Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, talk, and hear. Physical demands include frequent lifting and/or carrying 10 – 50 lbs. and pushing or pulling 25 – 50 lbs.
Position Location:
Position is onsite Monday through Friday (7 am - 3:30 pm) and not remote eligible. Only under special circumstance(s) will the person be allowed to work remotely and with express written consent of senior leadership.
Compensation:
Compensation for this position will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications, aligning with industry standards. The salary range for Monett, MO is also based upon geographical market standards for the industry and position in those areas.
There is a possibility of a bonus(es) based on individual performance and merit to be paid at the sole discretion of the company, but bonus(es) are not guaranteed unless outlined in writing in the offer letter extended to the candidate selected for the position.
