Shipping Coordinator
The Shipping Coordinator will provide support and coordinate all commercial shipping efforts for east and west plants.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Shipping Coordinator
The Shipping Coordinator will provide support and coordinate all commercial shipping efforts for east and west plants.
Job is located at our Lowes Warehouse facility in Monett, MO.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Audit commercial orders and invoices
Process shipping documents for various product lines
Prepare paperwork
Scan shipping documents
Run UPS/FED EX machine and create freight bills for commercial shipment.
General department support, back up absence of others in department
Take direction and meet guidelines and expectations as set by management
Must become forklift certified.
Demonstrates ability to use the hand held scanner accurately.
Demonstrates blueprint reading skills
Proficiently use Tracker to pull orders.
Demonstrates inventory accuracy.
Safely unload trucks in the yard
Ability to receive goods into our system accurately and timely
Demonstrates the ability to accurately make location moves in the system
SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Prior experience in a shipping or warehouse environment desired.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize work tasks, and excellent customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail with ability to make logical decisions with given information.
Proven ability to self motivate and work independently.
Forklift experience a plus.
