ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Adhere to New Jersey Gaming Commission Regulations and PT Services NJ regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and maintain consistent workflow of all office tasks to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Perform general office duties including answering phone calls, copying, scanning, and filing, preparation and distribution of correspondence, meeting materials, and reports.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and appointments.
- Perform office management duties, including ordering and inventory of all supplies, including uniforms etc.
- Ensure that office operating costs are within budgetary constraints.
- Create, maintain, and update files, records, and other documents.
- Responsible for timekeeping functions for office employees.
- Track and disseminate changes and updates to policies and procedures. Make recommendations to improve and streamline office functions.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Provide operational support, when applicable.
- Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Be able to work on different assignments simultaneously.
- Punctuality and precision.
- Schedule flexibility for holidays, overtime, and weekends.
