Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Homecare Assistant Supervisor to join our team. As a Homecare Assistant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of homecare services to patients. Your role will involve managing a team of homecare professionals, ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to patients in their homes.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Assess patient needs and make sure caregivers follow the individualized care plans
- Supervise and support homecare staff, providing guidance and training as needed

- Monitor on a daily basis the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) regarding caregiver schedule and plan of care

- Conduct regular evaluations of homecare staff performance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards of agency and report directly to the Manager and Executive Director.

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role in Homecare
- Strong knowledge of homecare practices and procedures
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
