We are currently searching for a candidate to serve as a Company Administrator. This Hybrid role will report to the business owner. The candidate will work remotely with the expectation of availability for one in person meeting per week with the owner, and one in person meeting per month with the greater team. Working hours will be flexible, approximately 15-25 hours to start.

Responsibilities

· Assist owner with operational tasks and scheduling.

· Job Scheduling / Production Tracking.

· Document preparation and process implementation.

· Social Media posting.

· Customer follow up.

· Email / Phone / Lead screening of potential customers.

· Manage Daily / Weekly deliverables and redirect as needed to ensure prioritized tasks are completed by the team.

Skills

Required:

· Self-starter with High attention to detail.

· Demonstrated experience in managing a schedule.

· Experience with Google Products (Gmail, Google docs, calendar etc.).

· Strong soft skills (interpersonal skills, writing, phone communication).

· Previous administrative experience.

· Social media experience.

Preferred:

· Experience in remodeling / construction business.

· Demonstrated project management skills.

· Previous experience in a start-up.

· Marketing experience.

Qualification

Education:

· High School Diploma required.

Experience:

· 1-3 years administrative experience

Hourly compensation commensurate with experience. Expected $20 - $25 / hr

Additional benefits available:

· Paid time off (full time accrual rate of 10 days / year)

· Quarterly bonus potential based on company performance.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
