Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inspector to join our team. As an Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations. Your keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills will be essential in identifying any deviations or defects in the manufacturing process. Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Conduct thorough examinations using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Analyze product samples and test results to identify any non-conformities or defects
- Document inspection findings and maintain accurate records of quality control activities
- Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations
- Participate in the development and improvement of quality systems and processes
- Assist in the training of new inspectors on quality inspection techniques and procedures
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Ability to analyze data and interpret test results accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot deviations or defects
- Solid understanding of quality management systems
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
