Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Residential Plumbing and HVAC trades, preferably with experience using Service Titan Software. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone and email
- Coordinate transportation planning and scheduling
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues promptly
- Utilize Fleet management systems for tracking and monitoring technicians
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service within the plumbing/hvac industry is preferred
- Familiarity with Service Titan OS a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
