Seeking a Construction Manager III (CM3)

Job Description
- 4-8 years field experience in construction or construction management.
- Must be able to read plans and specifications.
- Good Communication skills
- Perform Construction Inspection duties on projects assigned. Able to lead project inspection on multiple projects.
- Able to direct inspectors and field staff.
- Able to work with Engineers on projects during construction.
- Able to communicate with Clients, Contractor ad Engineers.
- Complete Daily Construction Reports and other documentation as assigned by Construction Manager.
- Assist Construction Manager as assigned.
- Ability to understand budgets and cost assignments.
- Construction Manager Certification from CMAA.
- Willing to attend outside training – OSHA, ACI, Etc.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
- All duties of Construction Manager 2.
Job Requirements
- 4 - 8 Years’ Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college in Engineering or Construction Management
- Valid Driver’s License
- Able to use Microsoft Programs and others as assigned
- Willing to Travel
