What are the responsibilities and job description for the Total Rewards Coordinator position at Pluralsight?
Job Description:
We are looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented Total Rewards Coordinator to join our team and help us manage Total Rewards programs and compensation processes. You will be responsible for maintaining data in Workday, coordinating various Total Rewards processes, and partnering across business groups to meet the growing needs of company.

What you’ll own:
- Updating, administering, and auditing compensation structure data in Workday and other systems
- Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team and other business groups to support data requests and projects
- Assisting with external compensation survey participation
- Engaging in Total Rewards projects with the broader team
- Providing support for job pricing and scoping requests
Experience you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree equivalent
- Experience with Workday or similar enterprise systems
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
