The role of Office Administrator is a member of our Customer Service team that serves as the liaisons between our sales, operations, and support teams within our growing toy company. In this role, you will wear many hats as the position involves B2B customer service to our US retail partners, support for our national network of sales representatives and day-to-day office administrations such as phone support, data entry, order processing, invoicing, and payment management. This role is a great introduction to the day-to-day operations and growth of a mid-size consumer products company and can lead to advancement into other roles and responsibilities.

Sales Office Administrator Job Responsibilities:
- Customer service for existing B2B accounts
- Data and order entry into our order management system
- Sales communication - phone, email and other
- Administrative support to our sales, marketing, and operation teams
- Invoicing, accounts receivable and collections administration
- Implement and execute procedures and contribute to ongoing improvements
- General office maintenance and document management
Experienced Office Managers may be considered for a larger role and responsibilities. If you are an experienced Office Manager - please inquire further.
Income levels determined by prior experience and responsibilities.
Hours are 9am – 6pm, Monday through Friday. Full-time candidate preferred, but part-time may be considered. Please specify preference when applying.
