We are a small company that owns and manages Airbnb's. Our current portfolio includes 50 Airbnb's that are primarily located inside the 610 loop. Many of these are small multifamily units so they are in a concentrated area.

```Job Summary```

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaner Manager with experience in cleaning Airbnb's. In this job you will be responsible for some cleaning duties but also the ability to recruit and manage additional cleaners for our 50 Airbnb's. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to creating a clean and comfortable environment for our clients.

```Responsibilities```

- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas

- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap

- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned

- Recruit and manage a team of skilled cleaners who are skilled in Airbnb cleaning

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Housekeeping management: Ability to effectively manage housekeeping tasks and ensure cleanliness standards are met.

- Commercial cleaning: Experience in commercial cleaning practices and techniques.

- Leadership: Ability to supervise and guide a team of cleaners.

- Hospitality: Understanding of providing excellent customer service in a hospitality setting.

- Attention to detail: Strong eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning.

- Time management: Efficiently prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

- Communication: Good verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

- Physical stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
