Develop and Implement QMS for the business (OH and WI)

Lead and Coach ISO Implementation and continued Recertifications

Mentor and Coach Quality Team Members

Lead and Coach Six Sigma Efforts in collaboration with the operations team
-
Implementation of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Process
-
Problem Containment, Investigation, and Response to Customers
-
Data Analysis and Trend Analysis
-
Partner with Operations in the problem-solving process
-
Develop QMS Improvement plans, annual goals, and budget
-
Compliance; Materials- Rohs, REACH, Prop 65, Conflict-Free Minerals, etc.

Internal QMS Audits

Supplier Quality Audits
Requirements
-
Minimum of a 2-year degree in Quality Management
-
Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in quality control within an ISO-certified manufacturing facility.

Experience in ISO 9001:2015 Standard Implementation and Auditing

Experience with FMEA, CTQs, Control Plans, PPAPs
-
Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills
-
Demonstrated experience in root cause analysis
-
Ability to manage priorities and multitask

Demonstrated strong data analysis skills
-
Demonstrated Lean Manufacturing experience
-
Proven skills in motivating team members to perform at their highest level

Ability to coach and mentor others
