We are looking for a candidate with an optimistic attitude and an innate capacity for building relationships to replace the current Customer Service Representative that is transitioning into a Senior Management role. The Entry Level Customer Service Trainee will focus profoundly on maintaining a positive rapport with our clients, in conjunction with our consumer outreach projects developed and executed under the direction of our CEO and our supporting Customer Service team.
The core function of the Entry Level Customer Service Trainee is to meet directly with prospective clients and provide customer support, field customer inquiries, provide product suggestions, and process orders. Our Entry Level Customer Service Trainee will work closely with our award-winning management staff to complete training. With thorough and extensive guidance, each Entry Level Customer Service Trainee should thrive independently, and in a team environment once training has been completed. We are looking for a self-driven individual who is confident in communicating and proposing new ideas to aid in the institution of new customer-centric campaigns.
