PMG’s new Lead HRIS Administrator will serve as the owner and administrator of all HR systems and tools including the full Workday HR suite. As a key member of the People & Culture team, the Lead HRIS Administrator is highly organized and action-oriented with deep expertise in HR systems, tools, and related HR processes. In partnership with the People & Culture leadership team and PMG’s business leaders, the Lead HRIS Administrator will help create operational efficiencies, provide valuable insights, and solve exciting business challenges to drive PMG’s success.
General Description:
• Owner and Administrator of PMG’s HR systems and tools including Workday HR Suite
• Subject Matter Expert in optimizing and integrating HR systems, tools and related processes
• Key contributor to Workday deployment in H1 2022
• Own the long-term strategic roadmap for HRIS to support needs across the full employee life cycle
• Manage permissions, access, personalization and similar system operations and settings
• Partner with People & Culture team members to create effective and streamlined processes that support PMG employees and company OKRs
• Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to PMG employees as needed
• Support HR Reporting & Analytics initiatives by maintaining standard reports and building custom reports and dashboards
Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 years related work experience with 3 years of direct Workday experience
• Skilled user of Microsoft Office tools and Google Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passionate about People & Technology
• Flexible and adaptable
• Highly organized and attentive to detail
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently as needed
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams as needed
• Action-oriented with a high sense of urgency
