Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to assist in overseeing our 2nd shift plastic injection molding operations. The Process Technician will be responsible for supervising the production process, optimizing efficiency, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading a team of production staff.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ability to process and troubleshoot custom injection molding machines.
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience with mold setting
· Understanding of dryers and grinders.
· Ability to lead a team / previous supervisory experience.
· 3 to 5 years’ experience with plastic injection molding.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Proven experience as a Process Technician within the plastic injection molding industry, with a strong understanding of molding processes and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and engage a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to overcoming production challenges.
- Knowledge of quality management systems
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP software (IQMS) a plus
