Job Description
The Human Resources department seeks a Benefits associate to assist with daily operations as support for the benefits team. This is a temporary position expected to work 35 hours per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage benefits help email account and phone calls
- Meet with employees for general benefits matters
- Review and process day-to-day Workday transactions
- Audit weekly benefit integration files, work with our carriers in correcting any errors, communicating terminations, etc
- Auditing payrolls for any benefit changes and payroll dues
- Enter timesheets for Local 94
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years experience administering a full range of benefits programs
- Strong organization skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Adhere to the University Covid-19 policy
