- Position Description: Executive Assistant*
The Executive Assistant performs a variety of administrative tasks and supports our company’s senior level management team.
Position Duties:
- Work directly with the senior level management team to perform multiple administrative tasks.
- Manage Executive’s calendars, screen phone calls, and take messages
- Arrange travel, make reservations, and bookings
- Act as office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory for all Divisions
- Professionally format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Track all company purchases and code to the correct accounts
- Coordinate both inner-office and external mailings
- Additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High School Degree required
- 4 Year College Degree preferred
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Motivated and self-starter
- Strong problem-solving skills
