What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Clerk position at PNA Investments, LLC?
We are looking for a result-driven retail Store Clerk to be responsible for all aspects of customer service and sales in our Ypsilanti, MI store. The Store Clerk will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge by training with our staff and exploring new areas of the business.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for selling, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and a commitment to customer service.
Job Duties:
- Manage multiple customers through excellent customer service.
- Ensure that all sales tasks are completed to the highest standard of customer service.
- Maintain a clean, neat, organized store environment.
- Perform inventory tasks such as stocking, labeling, and scanning products.
- Assist in restocking product as needed.
- Store is cleaned on a daily, weekly basis.
- Assist in maintaining the appearance of the store at all times by following our cleanliness standards.
- Provide additional support to team members as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work alone and without direct supervision.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
