Job Description
Anticipates market needs, develops and executes sales programs for sales officers to maximize interest and effectiveness in sales process. Supports line of business in executing business strategies.
Develops sales tactics and programs such as sales blitz, market specific event, sales meetings and mailings, to execute in the market to generate revenue, targeting prospects, Centers of Influence and customers. Reviews existing sales and product reports. Confirms buy-in from sales leadership for approval.
Plans and executes sales tactics and programs in the market and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders. Tracks effectiveness of sales tactics and programs.
Manages ongoing corporate sales development initiatives such as new client welcome program and Tuneup report.
Translates market intelligence into usable information and actionable items for sales force. Supports communication to the sales force and helps educate the sales force on new topics.
