As a Balance Sheet Associate within PNC's Finance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, Pa.This position is primarily based in a location within PNC’s footprint. Preferred locations are listed in this requisition. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities can be performed remotely. Additional locations may be considered.
Job Responsibilities:
• Highly technical role requiring strong analytical skills to be leveraged in financial modeling of cash flows related to commercial mortgage servicing rights (CMSR). Candidate will be engaged in computational valuations analyses as well as monitoring and analysis of the commercial real estate loan portfolio.
• Leads financial and modeling analysis for CMSR bidding, conducts research and prepares reports, coordinates deliverables with business development. Performs due diligence and statistical analysis related to the balance sheet. Participates in stress testing efforts and supports model development.
• Researches and collects information for PNC's Balance Sheet.
• Analyzes, reviews and presents risk analytics including documentation and templates to senior team members.
• Data preparation and management to support various modeling activities, including the use, maintenance, and enhancement of data automation tools.
• Partners with lines of business in understanding specific line items of PNC’s balance sheet and income statements.
Job Description

- Based on own discretion, researches and collects information for PNC's Balance Sheet.
- Reviews and presents risk analytics/stress testing material including documentation and templates to senior team members for federal submission.
- Prepares and aggregates data for modeling activities. Reconciles and performs quality review of data.
- Partners with lines of business in understanding specific line items of PNCs balance sheet and income statements.
