As a LOB Risk Spec within PNC's Security Risk Management organization. You will be responsible for issues management and risk and control self-assessments. Prior experience in technology audit and/or risk management is required.This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint. Preferred locations are listed in this requisition. Responsibilities require time in the office or in a field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities can be performed remotely. Additional locations may be considered.
This role supports the Risk Modeling team within EIS. We use an internally developed PNC Model (RiskRate) and work with security decision makers to deliver a quantified view of security risk.
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Develop advanced Excel workbooks and standard Visio and PowerPoint presentations. VBA experience is a large plus.
• Coordinate team communication and external awareness efforts.
• Assist in risk quantification activities, including research, interviews, input development, and quantification.
• Assemble team reporting including risk analysis results, team performance, and other reports used by security partners
• Perform ad hoc data analysis in support of team projects/initiatives and BAU activities.
• Oversight of team policy/procedure, job aids, model documentation, model testing, and RCSA controls.
Job Description
- Assists in the execution of the Line of Business Risk Management program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable. Under supervision, enables line of business adherence with risk programs.
- Assists in the design and development of the risk management program to meet business and regulatory expectations.
- Executes the risk management program within or across the lines of business (e.g. - business self-assessment and quality reviews). Participates in the consultation to execute the program components.
- Works to develop risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit).
- Participates in risk initiatives, business as usual activities, ad hoc requests, and identifies risk exposures.
